i’ve ordered 3 bras from here 2 of the basic ones and a crossover one . The crossover squeezes the underarm areas and the underwire is poking at both spots at the sternum . Hurts like hell . The other two were fine but now one underwire is poking in the armpit under my boob . Can’t wear them . They were supposed to have a quality guarantee on them . I spent 210$ for 3 bras i have to throw in the garbage . Thanks Thirdlove !!!!
Nice idea, but completely lacks process, if a company were interested in earning customers trust and developing a customer base. If you don't fit yourself correctly the first time, you're on your own. If you order more products to determine the best fit, and they take forever to get them to you – past the return date of the original products – too bad, that's your problem, not theirs. You get stuck with the products. The "stylist" (aka call taker for everything) suggested I order more and compare, delivery took forever, then I ended up with 3 bras at a cost of $270 that TL wouldn't return for refund or exchange. Don't waste your time, energy or money. You can find the same quality and customer service at a discount department store or better quality and customer service almost anywhere.

Horrible bras some where used, even worse was their customer service. I spent over 360.00! Nothing fit and the quality was sub par. Went to submit a return, the screen is locked stating that they weren't eligible for return. Used the online chat feature and was eventually sent an authorization and return label.
Once they received my return it took 25 days and a formal complaint to the BBB to get the funds released back to PayPal.
My advice is don't bother unless you live near a one of their stores. The return process is the worst I've ever seen with any business. They have great marketing which is what pulled me in. I will never purchase from them again. If you are waiting for a refund stay on them until you get it don't be stone walled or ignored use every tool in the box!
I ordered on line. The bra was not delivered even though the tracking said it was. I went to the website, No phone number. You could text, I do not have that capability or email. I emailed and received an AI response telling me the package had been delivered. Finally a human showed up on the other side of the email but it took a while.
I will not do business with a company that has so much gate keeping involved. I had to spend way too much time to resolve the issue. AI responses are not helpful. No human contact no business from me. The bra was okay but the materials feel cheap and almost paper like instead of fabric.
I ordered a Expensive leisure suit & only received the pants. I have emailed several times & the only response is they are referring it to a Fit stylist ?
Not that they made a mistake and left out half my order or that they will ship the other half asap. This feels like a Scam!!! This is my Second order from them & it will be my last!
I’m extremely disappointed in the company’s customer service. It’s awful. I ordered a bra at a discount that the company offered - $25 off their t-shirt bra. They sent me the wrong sized bra. I immediately contacted the company to get the correct size. They responded a day or two later asking for pictures. I immediately sent photos of the incorrect bra. Days later they contacted me asking if I wanted a replacement. Obviously I do! I asked for that in the first place. I immediately responded yes, and when they finally got back to me they had sold out of my size in all but one color, which I didn’t want. By the way… my bra was in stock through all of these emails because I kept checking. The last email stated that they issued a refund and 15% off my next order. Honestly, I could find a better discount looking through Instagram at influencers. Totally ridiculous. I called the company and they told me the same thing. I asked for a coupon code or gift card for the same $25 discount I received on my first order, which considering they sent me the wrong bra, is totally reasonable. They said they could not. I find it very difficult to believe that they could not find a way to make this right. I wanted the exact same bra once it was back in stock…. Not another style. They had a loyal customer in me… I have a difficult bra size and a very hard time finding bras to fit properly. Customer service goes a long way. I hope they can find a way to do better for future customers, because they sure lost one after this. Also, I tried to write a review to warn future customers about the poor customer service on their website, but the review was deleted.
I’ve ordered three bras in the past year - all of them being the 24/7 t-shirt bra. They are the best fitting, most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn! They also wash well. I got lazy and started putting one in the dryer - not a good idea. It lost its shape a little, but I still wear it! Highly recommended Third Love. My first order was in the spring of 2020, when things were going haywire with the pandemic. I had an issue with shipping - I think it was taking a longer time than expected - and their customer service person was quite helpful. Appreciate your good product and service!
They do not follow through on commitments for delivery methods or customer service response. We have had two purchases. The first one was for a few bras for my wife and daughter. They liked the product so we made a large order close over $700. We should have had two day shipping. Based on their website orders placed before 10 am ship same day orders after 10, will go out next day. I didn't even hear on the order for three days. When I did hear, the email said they had changed delivery method to 3-7 ground shipping. No call to ask if that would work for our schedule or if we would like to pay for next day shipping. We were going to be out of town on the new day they decided to send product for delivery, and the order because it was large required a signature. Horrible communication and customer service. Still have never received a response from their customer service team. I will look for other options for my wife and daughter, unless they can somehow make their horrible service on this order correct.
Would give ZERO stars if I could.
The bras are the cheapest feeling material I’ve ever purchased at an outrageous cost.
The fit and comfort was terrible so I promptly returned only to be told that refunds take 10-20 business days, I’ve checked several times on my refund status and “it is on its way to the warehouse” is the only answer I get. DONT BUY. Go to Ross for a better quality bra. ????
I purchased a bra from Third Love. I usually purchase Prima Donna bras and am used to a high quality bra.
I am very unhappy with the bra from Third Love. The first was not right that and yes I absolutely do know my correct bra size. The straps also slip.
THE WORST PART is that the side metal wire (under my arm, not under the breast) sticks into my side and is quite painful. Because of this I cannot wear the bra
Never, never buy from this company. Customer service is non-existent. You can't call them or even email. Only chat is available. Their online technology doesn't work. I ordered 3 bras and only 2 arrived. The 'Chat' agent didn't really empathize. They sent out the 3rd. Now I can't return all 3 because their return page says 'this item is not returnable' on each one. I placed the order on 4/23. That's 12 days. They say they have a 60-day return. Also the bras came in boxes with no plastic bags or tissue paper. Did not make up for the printed shipping box. Spend money on service, not boxes!
A warning for Canadian buyers. I purchased a bra with the understanding that a return to Canada would cost me $9.99. But when the bra did not fit properly the company charged me $19.98 for the return indicating shipping was extra. When I pointed out that the website clearly states $9.99 for international returns they refused to honour it and they still haven’t clarified on the site. Unfortunately for me I was fooled twice because I ordered a replacement bra before I realized the misinformation and as neither fit I am now out almost $40 just for trying two bras. If you are in Canada and try their products be warned a return will cost double what they claim on their site.
I made a purchase more than a week ago, and have yet to receive confirmation of order fulfillment or shipping status. Tried to log into the site to check on my order, and the response I get, is that my email address does not exist, although they processed my payment!
Sent an email and received a note that CS will respond within 48-72 hours. Perhaps they take weekends off? This makes me very uncomfortable, wish I had looked at all the reviews before pulling the trigger.
I've tried to unsubscribe to the email list several times and i keep getting their emails. So unprofessional

Super easy, you can text, live chat, or email them... I have never had any issues, their customer service is based in California too, they are lovely to speak with!
